• What is Gramma’s Greatest Goodies?
  We’re a cottage bakery based in Fond du Lac l, Wisconsin, serving up homemade treats with heart. Every cookie, Muffin, and bun is baked in a home kitchen under Wisconsin’s cottage food laws.

• Where are you located?
  We bake in Fond du Lac, WI and sell directly to customers through pop-ups, farmers markets, and pre-orders.

📦 Ordering & Pickup

• How do I place an order?
  You can order through our seasonal flyers, email, or in person at events. We’re working on a digital order form — stay tuned!

• Do you deliver or ship?
  Not at this time. Under cottage food laws, we only sell directly to customers in Wisconsin.

• Can I pick up my order at a market or event?
  Absolutely! Just let us know where you’ll be and we’ll coordinate pickup.

🎟 Punch Cards & Rewards

• How does the punch card work?
  Every order earns you points (After signing up for the website) After 12 Points you earn a FREE Dozen Cookies! — plus access to exclusive samplers and seasonal perks.

• What’s my punch card ID?
  It’s printed on your card and invoice. You can Email CustomerServices@GrammasGreatestGoodies.com at any time for a points update if you do not have a Physical card.

• Can I share my punch card with a friend?
  Punch cards are non-transferable, but we love referrals! Ask us about our “Gramma’s Gratitude” perks.

• What happens when I scan my QR code?
  You’ll be taken to your personalized dashboard where you can log purchases, check punch progress, and preview upcoming goodies.

• Is my info safe?
  We only use your name and punch card ID to track rewards. No payment info is stored.

🧠 Ingredients & Allergies

• Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?
  Some items are naturally gluten-free or nut-free, but we bake in a shared kitchen. Please refer to our Allergen page and/Or feel free to reach out if you have any concerns!

• Can I get a full ingredient list?
  Yes! Every product is labeled with ingredients and allergens. Just ask if you need a Paper copy - or to have it added to your invoice.

• What’s a seasonal sampler?
  It’s a curated bundle of limited-time treats — available to punch card holders and early supporters.

• How do I qualify for a sampler?
  Complete your punch card and Keep an eye out in your email - We’ll notify you when samplers are ready.
