ORDER AGREEMENT & DISCLAIMER (Wisconsin Home Bakery – Pickup Only)

By placing this order and clicking “Submit Order,” you agree to the following:

1. Payment Responsibility You are fully responsible for paying the total amount due (including any taxes or fees) at or before the scheduled pickup time. Orders are not considered complete until paid in full.

2. No-Call / No-Show Policy Failing to pick up your order during the designated pickup window without prior notice (“no-call/no-show”) or canceling after the posted deadline makes you responsible for the full cost of the order. Repeated no-call/no-show incidents or unpaid balances will result in:

   • 100% prepayment required for all future orders

   • Payment of any outstanding balances before new orders are accepted

   • Possible permanent restriction from placing future orders

3. Wisconsin Home Bakery Disclosure All products are made in a private residential kitchen that is NOT subject to state licensing or inspection under Wisconsin’s cottage food law (Wis. Stat. § 97.29). Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and others. You assume all risk associated with consumption. No warranties are expressed or implied.

4. Acceptance of Terms Submitting this order means you accept all terms above and confirm you are 18 years or older.
